5. Consultations and Bookings

Free 30-minute consultations are offered via Calendly. Booking a consultation does not constitute the commencement of a therapeutic relationship or client agreement. No confidentiality obligations apply until a formal client agreement has been signed.

6. Client Agreements

Before commencing 1:1 sessions, all clients are required to read, sign, and return the Practitioner’s Client Agreement. Participation in sessions constitutes acceptance of the terms within that agreement only where a valid signed copy has been received and confirmed by the Practitioner.

Payment is accepted via secure bank transfer. Invoice terms are set out in the Client Agreement.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are set out in full in the Client Agreement provided to each client prior to commencing sessions. In summary:

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session without charge.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
  • The Practitioner will provide reasonable notice of any cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, and sessions will be rescheduled or credited accordingly.
